Our beans are carefully sourced from volcanic regions like Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Hawaii, where the nutrient-rich soils and rich volcanic minerals produce coffee with bold, complex flavours.

Special Qualities: Yirgacheffe beans are renowned for their delicate, aromatic flavors. Grown using organic methods by small-scale farmers, they reflect the rich cultural and growing conditions of Ethiopia.
How They're Grown: At altitudes of 5,900 to 6,600 feet, the cool temperatures, fertile volcanic soil, and washed processing bring out the clean, bright flavors.

Hailing from the birthplace of coffee, Yirgacheffe is known for producing some of the world’s finest beans. Grown at altitudes of 5,900 to 6,600 feet in fertile volcanic soil, the beans benefit from cool temperatures and abundant rainfall, resulting in a refined, clean taste with bright, complex flavours. It is processed using the washed method to enhance its aromatic qualities.

Often cultivated by family-owned farms dedicated to sustainable practices, Kona coffee is hand-picked to ensure only the ripest cherries reach the roasting process, resulting in its signature rich and refined taste.
